Countryside Properties and Land Securities developers of the land at Ebbsfleet Valley are to open the first stage of the development at Springhead Park in 2009. They will exhibit to public investors on 21 st and 22 nd March 2009.

Springhead Park has a mix of 600 properties. The 1, 2 bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses are centred around "Penn Green" a large two and half acre park (approximately the size of a football pitch) and a new 15 acre park which will run along the edge of development, along with a community centre, a place of worship and a doctor’s surgery.
