What do I do if I want to claim for a refund on my Eurostar ticket?
As long as you have your booking reference, refunds are often offered by Eurostar either online or over the phone. Not all tickets are refundable, so you should check the Tickets section beforehand. If you made a Eurostar booking over the phone, you can call 08432 186 186. Online bookings can be refunded online- again, if the ticket is actually refundable. If there is a technical issue with your booking, or you altered your booking after telephoning Ebbsfleet or Eurostar, then you will not be able to refund your ticket and you will have to telephone again.
My service was affected by the weather conditions in December, what should I do?
If you did travel between Saturday 19 and Monday 21 December 2009, you can claim a refund for the affected part of your journey and complimentary travel. If you did not travel, you can change your ticket to travel at a later date or claim a refund.

What should I do if I want my season ticket refunded?
If you want to refund your season ticket for the HSS service before the expiry date, you must hand it in, or post it to, the ticket office where you bought it.
